Customer Service Representative – Dutch speaking

What will you be doing?

Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
Documenting the results from conversation properly
Service to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide product and service information to customers
Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
Be independent in your tasks
