Your tasks:

• Responsible processing of telephone and written customer enquiries
• Friendly and competent customer service
• Complaint management and development of problem solutions
• Independent work in a motivated international team

• You are a communicative personality with good written and spoken German language skills and have a strong customer and service orientation
• English is an advantage, other foreign languages like Dutch, French, Czech, Italian, Polish are a plus
